Proceedings of the Twenty-fourth Executive Committee Meeting
The 24th Executive Committee Meeting was conducted via zoom on April 24, 2020. Members of the PEMSEA Audit Committee, the Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR), PR China, and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Philippines participated as observers.

The 23rd Executive Committee Meeting was held at Seda Vertis North Hotel, Quezon City, Philippines on 17-18 October 2019. The Meeting was attended by EAS Partnership Council Chair, Mr. Arief Yuwono; Intergovernmental Session Chair, Dr. Vu Thanh Ca; Technical Session Chair, Dr. Jae Ryoung Oh; Council Co-Chair, Dr. Vann Monyneath; and Technical Session Co-Chair who participated through teleconference. The meeting was participated in by the EAS Partnership Council Chair, Dr. Antonio La Viña; Technical Session Chair, Mr. Makoto Harunari; Intergovernmental Session CoChair, Dr. Vu Thanh Ca; and Technical Session Co-Chair, Dr. Jae Ryoung Oh. Dr. Zhang Haiwen, Intergovernmental Session Chair and Mr. Arief Yuwono, Intergovernmental Session Co-Chair encountered internet connection difficulties and were unable to participate in the discussion. Mr. Liang Fengkui, State Oceanic Administration, China served as observer.

Proceedings of the Eighteenth Executive Committee Meeting
The 18th Executive Committee Meeting was held at the Intercontinental Hotel, Qingdao, PR China, on 7 to 8 December 2016. The meeting was hosted by the State Oceanic Administration of China. The meeting was attended by the EAS Partnership Council Chair, Dr. Antonio La Viña; Intergovernmental Session Chair, Dr. Zhang Haiwen; Technical Session Chair, Mr. Makoto Harunari; and Technical Session Co-Chair, Dr. Vu Thanh Ca.
Representatives from PR China, Japan, Philippines and RO Korea participated as observers. The PEMSEA Resource Facility (PRF) served as Secretariat for the meeting, with assistance from the China-PEMSEA Center.

The 17th Executive Committee Meeting was held at the Marco Polo Ortigas, Manila, Philippines, on 6 to 7 Apriil 2016. The meeting was attended by the EAS Partnership Council Chair, Amb. Proceedings of the Expanded Sixteenth Executive Committee Meeting
The Sixteenth (16th) Executive Committee Meeting was held at the Diamond Hotel, Manila, Philippines, on 23-24 March 2015. This publication summarizes the output of the meeting. The meeting presented and discussed the following: Updating the SDS-SEA and Setting of Post-2015 Targets; Review of Ministerial Documents: Proposed Work Plan and Schedule; Engaging PEMSEA Non-Country Partners in the Implementation of the Updated SDS-SEA and Post-2015 Targets; Fifth Ministerial Forum; East Asian Seas Congress 2015; and the Proposed Agenda for the 7th EAS Partnership Council Meeting.
