RAPID ASSESSMENT OF THE PEMSEA RESOURCE FACILITY (PRF) BUILDING

The PEMSEA Resource Facility (PRF) is looking for a qualified individual or firm to conduct a Rapid Assessment of the PEMSEA Resource Facility (PRF) Building. Working to support our upcoming priority repair and renovation initiatives, this 15-day short-term engagement is central to validating building defects, confirming root causes, and refining the scope of work and cost estimates for both our old and new buildings. 

Key responsibilities include visually inspecting structural elements and architectural finishes, evaluating facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) for suspected structural issues, ensuring PWD-accessibility compliance, and producing a comprehensive remediation plan alongside an accurate Bill of Quantities (BoQ). 

If you have 5–10 years of experience in property structural auditing, feature a licensed Lead Civil or Structural Engineer, and possess strong expertise in building diagnostics and cost estimation, we want to hear from you!
