PEMSEA Welcomes New Programme Officer for Partnership Programmes

 

Quezon City, Philippines — PEMSEA welcomes Mr. Guo Yinfeng as the new Programme Officer, Partnership Programmes under the Secretariat Services of the PEMSEA Resource Facility.

 

Yinfeng has over 20 years of working experience in the areas of environmental governance, trade and environment, biodiversity and river basin management at the national and sub-national levels in PR China. Having managed UNDP China programmes under the biodiversity and international waters portfolio, Yinfeng is well-acquainted with the United Nations system and the GEF, from formulation to project implementation in the field.

 

Yinfeng has a Master of Law degree from the Peking University Law School, a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the Beijing Second Foreign Language Institute and has undergone a six-month fellowship at the Center for Environmental Legal Studies of Pace University Law School, New York.
