PEMSEA Welcomes New Finance Staff

Quezon City, Philippines — PEMSEA welcomes Ms. Ma. Victoria Amurao as Finance Assistant. Victoria will provide general accounting services for the PRF Secretariat and Technical Services and provide administrative support in the areas of procurement, contracts monitoring, inventory, and others.

 

Victoria has had long years of experience with Global Environment Facility/United Nations Development Projects' (GEF/UNDP) projects, the most recent of which was as Finance Officer for the GEF/UNDP/Department of Energy (DOE) Capacity Building to Remove Barriers to Renewable Energy Development in the Philippines Project (CBRED), where she oversaw the financial management of the CBRED Project Management Office. She has a degree in Banking and Finance from the College of the Holy Spirit.
