Finance and Contracts Manager
PEMSEA is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Finance and Contracts Manager. It’s under the guidance of the ED and direct supervision of the Head of Finance and Administration. The Finance and Contracts Manager shall oversee the financial management systems and contracting processes of the organization, ensuring compliance with policies, efficient use of resources, and effective support to program implementation.

PROJECT MANAGER
The CI-GEF PRICELESS Project, led by Conservation International (CI), executed by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Biodiversity Management Bureau (DENR-BMB), and supported by the PEMSEA Resource Facility (PRF), is seeking qualified candidates for the post of Project Manager (PM). The PM is a full-time position who will be responsible for managing the project and operations of the Project Management Unit (PMU), including management of its staff.

PEMSEA is seeking for a qualified individual to fill up the position for Human Resources Specialist. This position is under the direct supervision and guidance of the Executive Director. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The PEMSEA Resource Facility seeks a highly qualified Executive Director to be based in Manila, Philippines. Partnerships in the Environmental Management for the Seas of East Asia (PEMSEA) is a partnership arrangement involving various stakeholders of the Seas of East Asia, including national and local governments, civil society, the private sector, research and educational institutions, communities, international agencies, regional programmes, financial institutions and donors. It is also the regional coordinating mechanism for the implementation of the Sustainable Development Strategy for the Seas of East Asia (SDS-SEA).

The PEMSEA Resource Facility (PRF) is an international organization that has been actively engaged in the effective management of coasts and oceans in the East Asian region for over three (3) decades. We work in collaboration with national and local governments, the private sector, academic and scientific institutions, communities, international agencies, regional programs, investors, and donors to advance the implementation of the Sustainable Development Strategy for the Seas of East Asia (SDS-SEA)—a shared marine strategy adopted by 14 countries.
In line with our commitment to transparency and sound financial governance, we are seeking a qualified and reputable firm to provide external audit services for the period 2025 to 2027.
