PRELIMINARY SITE ASSESSMENT AND CONCEPTUAL DESIGN OF MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITIES (MRFS) IN TIMOR-LESTE

The Marine Plastics ODA Project (2023–2028), a regional initiative implemented under PEMSEA with support from the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries (MOF) of the Republic of Korea, invites qualified bidders for the Preliminary Site Assessment, Conceptual SketchUp Design and Rough Construction Cost Estimation for Material Recovery Facilities in Liquica, Manatuto and Atauro.  
 

The deadline for submission of bids is 7 August 2026. The assignment/engagement is open to licensed construction companies in Timor-Leste only.
