• Construction/operation of solid waste collection system and sanitary landfill, as well as municipal and industrial wastewater treatment facilities
• Increase urban green areas and enhance public access to coastal areas via coastal road networks
• Organize Green-Clean-Beautiful Sunday program to build public awareness and participation
• Establish national ICM training center, in support of new national ICZM program involving 14 coastal provinces (50% of Vietnam's coastline)
