SGP-PEMSEA Joint Communiqué brochure

Recognizing the inherent role of community-based organizations (CBOs), nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) and people's organizations, the SGP-PEMSEA Joint Communiqué aims to strengthen the role of grassroots organizations in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Strategy for the Seas of East Asia (SDS-SEA). At present, the Joint Communiqué is being implemented in Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. Other countries may become eligible partnership areas in the future.
