• International Participant - US$300 (Early bird rate: US$250 if registered by 15 March 2009)
• Philippine Participant - US$250 (Early bird rate: US$200 if registered by 15 March 2009)
• Student - US$150

Note: Early bird discount applies to International and Philippine participants who submit and registration and payment by 15 March 2009.
