The EAS Congress 2009 Exhibition is an ideal opportunity to meet and interact with hundreds of policymakers, professionals, experts, private sector, academe, NGOs, and regional and international organizations on coastal and ocean development.

The Exhibition, carrying the theme SEAnergies, will feature innovative technologies, approaches and good practices for sustainable development of ocean and coastal areas, which make synergies in the Seas of East Asia. Innovative environmental technologies and local actions which address serious coastal and ocean environmental and ecological threats are encouraged.

Benefits for Exhibitors

  • Unique promotional and advertising opportunities to help increase your organization’s exposure;
  • Policy advocacy campaigns;
  • Share and learn new information, strategies and initiatives in coastal and ocean development; and
  • Targeted marketing for environmental investment.

The exhibition also provides a venue for interactive sessions of various Conference workshops, whereby selected exhibit displays will be utilized for presentations and interactive discussions.

We would also like to promote social and cultural exchange among various cities and municipalities implementing integrated coastal management (ICM) programs. Local leaders are invited to present natural, historical and cultural treasures of their cities and municipalities as well as key economic products from their oceans through this Exhibition, in addition to sharing unique experiences in coastal and ocean management.
