DENR - Accessed 9 June 2008 - The Philippines will have an opportunity to enlist the help of neighbor countries in the management of its water resources when the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) together with the Partnerships in Environmental Management for the Seas of East Asia (PEMSEA) hosts the East Asian Seas (EAS) Congress on November 23-27, 2009.
